PAYMENT METHODS
In the order process, in the “Payment” option, you can select one of these methods:
BANK TRANSFER
(Valid for direct purchases from sergioremondes.com)
After filling in the order form, you will be directed to the payment page.
When you select the bank transfer payment method, you will be shown the bank details you need to transfer to.
You should then send proof to geral@sergioremondes.com. Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be dispatched.

MBWAY
(Valid for direct purchases from sergioremondes.com)
After completing the order form (Check-out), you will receive a notification for payment in the MBWAY APP on your Smartphone. You must follow the steps in the APP to proceed with the payment.
Please note that the payment has a time limit, otherwise it will be canceled.
You don’t need to send us any proof, as we are automatically notified of payment.

CREDIT CARD
(Valid for direct purchases from sergioremondes.com)
If you select the credit card option (VISA or MASTERCARD), you will be redirected to a secure link to obtain authorization.
You will be asked for the cardholder’s name, the expiration date and a security code, which is on the back of the card, on the right-hand side of the space reserved for the cardholder’s signature, made up of three digits, the CVV (card verification value). In order to make your purchases more secure, we require you to enter the 3 or 4 digits of the security code (CVV) when using credit cards. As the code is part of the card itself, any attempt at fraud is certainly prevented.

ORDER FORMS, INVOICES AND RECEIPTS
Documents issued by the website and sent automatically by e-mail have no accounting value, but serve as proof that an order has been placed or its status. Invoices and receipts for book value are issued by our invoicing software and will be sent with the order or handed over when the order is picked up.
